Journeycall, a prominent division of the ESP Group, has proudly announced its successful inclusion in the Office of Government Procurement (OGP) Framework for Managed Business Process Support Services in Ireland. This significant milestone highlights the ESP Group’s unwavering commitment to providing outstanding customer service and business process support solutions to a broader audience.

The OGP plays a pivotal role in shaping public procurement policy and reform in Ireland, acting as a central purchasing body responsible for offering a diverse array of centralised arrangements known as Framework Agreements. These frameworks facilitate the efficient and compliant procurement of commonly needed goods and services by public service entities.

With its inclusion in this prestigious framework, Journeycall is positioned as a key supplier for Irish public bodies, opening the door to bid on various service contracts over the next two years. The framework encompasses a wide range of services, including:

    • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
    • Market Survey Services
    • Postal and Mail Handling Services
    • Payments Processing
    • Appointments Scheduling Services
    • Data and Document Management Services

Journeycall’s new role within this framework will enable the company to compete for contract values ranging from €50,000 to over €15 million.

“We are thrilled to have secured a place on this highly competitive framework,” stated Theresa Lawson, CEO of The ESP Group. “This achievement is a testament to our proven track record in delivering exceptional managed business process support services. It opens exciting opportunities for us to collaborate with public bodies in Ireland, further showcasing the expertise and dedication of our team.”

The framework agreement will initially span 24 months, during which Journeycall will have the opportunity to assist Irish public bodies in implementing innovative, efficient, and customer-centric solutions. This collaboration not only enhances the services available to public sector organisations but also underscores the ESP Group’s role in driving positive change within the industry.

The ESP Group operates from offices in Arbroath, Scotland, and Hull, England, and is committed to expanding its influence within the public procurement landscape. This recent achievement is expected to further solidify its presence in the Irish market while fostering stronger partnerships with governmental agencies.

As the ESP Group continues to evolve and adapt to the needs of its clients, the inclusion in the OGP framework represents a strategic step forward. The company is well-positioned to contribute to the ongoing development of public services in Ireland, leveraging its extensive experience and expertise in managed business processes.
